Performance Opportunities
Many parents are hesitant to put their kids in violin lessons due to the fear of hearing "scratchy" violin playing.
Our violin lessons are designed to have students playing with a beautiful sound and tone from the very beginning. We begin students with our Pre-Twinkle or Violin foundations program where they gain the skills to advance to the Suzuki Violin books and the Royal Conservatory of Music program.
Our lessons teach students to grow a love and appreciation for music.
Students will learn how to read and understand the music they play all while developing their artistic abilities and musicianship.
Piano lessons include proper technique from the very start. This includes sitting and hand position.
From our experience, we have seen that recitals provide students the opportunity to grow confidence and ability. At Charleswood Music Studio, we hold a yearly recital to showcase our student's progress and talent. All students are encouraged to participate.
Performing for others gives students the opportunity to build their confidence and is an enjoyable occasion for family and friends to see the accomplishment of the student.
